1940s Large Framed Still Life- 1.5 X 2.5’

Absolutely lovely and quality piece of vintage artwork. I’ve never seen a banana in a vintage still life, and it is a revelation. The frame compliments the piece so beautifully. Velvet trim within the gilded frame. Would be perfect in a kitchen. Not sure the age. The canvas is a creme color and fiber and has been nailed into the canvas framing and they have age. If I were to guess, I would say it’s era would be around the 1940s.
