1940s Novelty Print Twirling Top Rayon Blouse- S/M

I love the twirling tops, so fun! Green celluloid buttons which compliment the green in the print. Adorable peplum on the blouse w/ puffed sleeves and pleats. Has a matching skirt, but I have decided to sell separately as the waist on the skirt is about 3” smaller than that of the top.

Flaws would be some fabric fray, about 2” at the bottom of the blouse. Structurally very strong. So adorable!
