Absolutely stunning pastoral scene of a man herding his sheep at the sunset hour. The colors are so vivid and unique and the painting is also very well done. Various surface scuffs, all shown in photos. In my opinion, it just adds character and is still in lovely antique condition. Oil on stretched canvas, nailed to a wooden frame. Signed by an H. A. Vobis.
