1950s Cabernet Velveteen Blouse w/ Silver + Turquoise Conchos- S/M

Offering up a very cool piece of westernwear today. A cabernet red, velveteen top with silver conchos, made by Thunderbird Fashions. This piece also features a very cool, original belt fade on the waist which I love! Has a side zipper closure to make this piece easy to get in and out of, as well.

Thunderbird was established in Prescott, AZ in the 40s and they specialized in western wear with a hint of native flare. They went out of business in 1969. Overall this piece is in good vintage condition. It has the fades and some minor marks. It has a mark on the right armpit which you can see on slide 5. Sort of blends in to the contrast of the velveteen and not very noticeable when wearing.
