Truly incredible, 1947 Harley Davidson Horsehide Cycle Queen with gorgeous stud and jewel embellishments, by the original owner. This iconic, and highly collectible, jacket is enhanced by the studs and jewels along the pockets, as well as an American Motorcycle Association Gypsy pin. It also has a 1950s jeweled moto belt, that was added by the previous owner and compliments the original studs on the jacket absolutely perfectly. These belts alone are going for hundreds, if not over thousand dollar asking prices. You could also wear without the belt for a more subdued and refined look. This jacket had patina and wear but it is very durable and strong. Most of the wear is on the shoulders and arms, which has made it all the more supple and comfortable. At least one of the cuff zippers have been replaced. Still with a vintage zipper. Appears to be 1950s. The more I sit with the piece, the more beautiful it becomes. It is one of those pieces of Americana that you can literally feel the historic resonance radiating off of it. An absolute dream piece!
