1940s Rare Sportigan Cardigan w/ Bakelite Toggle Buttons- S/M

Rare and coveted, 1940s Shetland Suede Sportigan cardigan with geometric, Bakelite, toggle buttons. Beautiful silhouette with a nipped waist and made of supple suede leather and finely knit wool. Literally the most flattering fit. Lots of stretch. This piece is in very good condition. The wool has been seamlessly mended in a few places; one on the side of the waist and a few on the back. Shown in photos. Done very well and unnoticeable unless scrupulously looking. Bares its original label. Perfect for the upcoming holidays and season! These beauties don’t come up for sale often, and there is currently one other on the online market and I must say, this one really is in fabulous condition! Price reflects rarity + condition.
