Chic and elegant, 1940s olive green, velvet turban hat. Beautifully curved and contoured. I read once that turban hats became popular in the 40s so as the coverup unkept hair. I love that because I feel like the turban hat is such a refined look! What an excellent hack. This hat is in lovely condition and is very wearable. Has two small marks that I noticed and some faint discoloration in certain lights. Shown in photos. From the Bonwit Teller department store.
