The absolute sweetest pair of 1940s high waisted sportswear bottoms from France. These are made of a red paisley cotton and have an “Eclair” brass side zipper closure. These high waisted bottoms were originally intended as swimwear, though I totally feel they could also be worn over tights and made into an outfit. Elastic within the suit is in good condition and the front is lined in another layer of cotton. In lovely condition.
