1940s Chocolate Velvet Top w/ Green Laced Trim + Brass Buttons- S-S/M

Absolutely darling, 1940s chocolate velveteen top with fabulous, laced green rope around the grommeted trim. Features a sweet sailor collar and puffed shoulders. Waist is fitted but could be worn with the bottom buttons opened to create more of a peplum. In lovely condition for age. Bottom button has been replaced. For those who reference my prior measurements, I believe this would have fit well.
