1940s Black Lace Lord + Taylor Slip Dress- XS/S

Absolutely wonderful, 1940s silky slip dress in a deep, inky black. Bust is made of a silk chiffon and is lined with a beautiful lace with satin ribbon at the waist and on one bow at the shoulder. Skirt feels like a lustrous rayon and silk blend. Such a gorgeous piece annd in a rarer black color, no less! Bares original Lord + Taylor department store label. Bust is slightly sheer, would look adorable with a lace bralette beneath, or black one would do as well.

Overall in wonderful condition. Has a few light abrasions to the skirt. I have done my best to show these in photos, but as mentioned they are very light!
