1930s Rattan + Linen Saks Fifth Avenue Cropped Summer Jacket- S/M

Rare and wonderful, 1930s woven rattan and linen jacket from Saks Fifth Avenue. This beautiful piece is in ‘as is’ condition but can likely be worn and enjoyed with care. Features a cropped fit with tri-colored woven rattan and a muted red linen. I’ve never seen a jacket quite like this and she boasts perfect summer colors. Reminds me of a beach umbrella in the Mediterranean! As I said, she is in ‘as is’ condition and could be best for a collector but also I believe can be worn with care. There is discoloration on some of the buttons and linen, as well as a missing button on the cuff. One of the button loops has broken on the cuff and missing from the bottom of the jacket. There are also two mends. One on the back of the neck on the right hand side, I’ve shown a few photos of it at different angles. As well as a mend on the left shoulder. Visually she is still an absolute showstopper, in my opinion, and she was simply too unique to pass up. I hope she finds her new home here. Otherwise, I’ll gladly keep;)
