1930s Black Multicolor Floral Silk Gown w/ Mesh Trim- S/M

An absolutely unreal, 1930s multicolored floral print silk gown on the most glorious and deep, black background. Truly, I think my favorite piece I’ve sourced this year! This full length dress features two mesh flounces at the hip, and a complimentary mesh trim at the bottom. The print is truly beyond words in its detail, color and depth. Has a long row of side snap closures, along the right side. Traditionally, the closures should be on the left, but I think it is the opposite on this dress due to the darts in the middle of the bust. Measures 34” pit to pit, but as a 36” bust, this does fit me, albeit perhaps a hair snug.

While this absolutely exquisite dress presents very well, she sadly has quite a few abrasions to mostly some of the upper layer of mesh trim, and a bit of the lower as well. I have photographed every section for viewing. Lastly, there are some pinholes on the back of the neck, also shown in photos. Structurally, she is not affected by the trim defects. Would make an absolutely stunning dress for a wedding guest or special event. A very unique and magnificent treasure.
