1930s/40s Pure White Abstract Rayon Jacquard Peignoir w/ Rhinestone Buttons- XS/S

Wonderful and unique, 1930s/40s ultra pure white rayon peignoir with a fabulous, abstract, circular jacquard design. Beautiful puffed shoulders with bows, rhinestone buttons and gathering at the waist. Waist cinches with two built in sashes. Since she is a peignoir, she is open below the buttons and  would be fabulous over a slip or jeans and a tank.

Presents beautifully with a few tiny flaws. Biggest would be a small hole on the bottom of the back of the skirt. Then a small mark on the inside of the arm, as well as a tiny mark on the front of the skirt within one of the circular designs. This gets lost in the print and isn’t noticeable when worn. Lastly there is a small abrasion to the jacquard design to the side of the waist gathering. All shown in photos. Truly inconsequential when compared to the unique beauty of this piece! Never seen another quite like her.
