1930s/40s Jeweled Moto Belt w/ Stamped Navajo Buckle
Absolutely stunning, 1930s/40s jewel and stud embellished moto belt with a stamped Navajo buckle. The tooled leather is perfectly worn in and I just adore the stud motif. Such a beautiful layout. There are 3 ruby red jewels and then a chartreuse green and purple. Belt buckle appears to have been polished. Features arrows, whirling logs and diamonds. For the Navajo, whirling logs were a symbol of balance, well being, good luck and a spiritual journey. They are quite small on the buckle. There’s a superficial hairline crack and it is not deep, nor on a stress point. In lovely condition for age and ready to be worn.
