Lovely and rare, 1920s/30s deep emerald green, devoré silk velvet wrap top, that also makes a perfect mini dress! This piece could have come with a matching longer dress or skirt beneath. The length of it reminds me of dress from the 1910s. Features a beautiful, wide scalloped petal hemline and slight mutton sleeves. Would be super cute over some interesting printed pants, over a longer dress or slip, or simply worn alone. In remarkable and excellent condition.
