Wonderful, 1800s calico dress in the most beautiful hazelnut brown hue, complimented by its beautiful, what appears to be, inlay buttons. One side pocket. Bodice is double lined, and the sleeves are lined in a beautiful cream and rose cotton fabric, which shows through in its mends. There are mends on the sleeves and the back left hand side of the dress, as well as a patch on the right side of the bodice. Various small marks throughout, all a testament to the life it has lived. Very sturdy and wearable. Has nice and roomy shoulders and underarm opening. Note that in modeled photos one button was missing and has since been replaced with a 1930s Bakelite button which matches seamlessly! You can view new button in product photos.
